To help expedite this process, please provide us with the following information if applicable:

• Surgical referral from your general dentist, X-rays if required.
• A full list of any medications you are currently taking.
• Completed medical or dental forms, including dental insurance provider details.

NOTE: Patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

As part of this process, our dentist will perform a visual examination of your teeth to check their structure and the oral anatomy of your jaw. These exams usually include digital X-rays (if needed), which help us see the bone structure of your teeth beneath your gumline. Our dentist may also probe your mouth with dental tools to evaluate your gums and bite to help identify any other dental problems.

After your oral examination is complete, our dentist will discuss your overall dental health with you and any potential conditions that were found during the exam. By outlining the results and suggesting treatment, our dentist and team help you stay informed so you can make an educated decision when choosing the next step in your dental journey.
